Well the fact that you have an email from Ford, is a step in the right direction! (since it most likely indicates that is indeed in your name, or at least when it was submitted).

I would head down to the dealership and send a print out of the email, and not leave until you get the order preview for your build (and make sure it's on your name). That will have all information needed to track the order using the Ford chat, and then the pizza tracker once a VIN is assigned.

Haha I called Ford yesterday to see if they could help, since I've received that email above and 2 45 day follow ups, and they informed me the dealer used my name and email, but their address and phone number. I told her that the dealer has said they don't know me and hang up on me, wont answer my emails, and it feels like they have no intention to sell and she said "they sound awful! Call again and pretty much any person who answers the phone will be able to tell you your 4-digit order number. Then call me back. If they won't, I suggest showing up to the dealership."
I called three times yesterday and once today, and each person transferred me to a disconnected extension. Hopefully I can pop in soon, but they're 90mins away from me.
