I was looking at adding an Air Lift 1000 kit to my '22 Hybrid to help with rear squat when I occasionally take heavy loads. In looking it up, there appears to be conflicting reports/reviews regarding it's performance across the different Maverick models. Here's what I have found so far and I'm interested to see what other's have experienced. In particular, I want to dial down which of the options below or a 3rd option altogether (3.5"x10") would work the best for the hybrid. So far it seems like the company has dropped support with no explanation or reasoning.

Model 60862:
- Originally offered for the FWD and compatible without the presence of a swingarm
- Airbags measure 4" diameter at 10" length
- Currently discontinued

Model 60859:
- Listed for AWD-only on the AirLift website, eTrailer lists it for both
- Airbags measure at 3.5" at 7" length

Yep, I looked at that before I made this post. That post was incredibly helpful in determining that the 10" does appear to be the right size for the hybrid. If were the 7" (which some were saying eTrailer recommended), it might do little or nothing.

I don't think people on that thread realized that there's a notable difference in the bags between the two models. They also hadn't mentioned what model they used or had issues with.

I'm looking at the etrailer page, it clearly says AWD only. Also, where are you finding the diameter & length specs?

Thanks, HRG

Measure the inside of your spring and the height while the truck is in the driveway empty, Summit Racing had them in stock, it a PIA working around the bracket that protects the gas tank from the exhaust pipe but other than having to fix the abraded tube coming out of the left air bag it has really helped while towing.

I reached out to the company directly for the tech specs of the different models. If you look at the two listings visually, you will notice that the AWD is shorter and fatter compared to the FWD version. I don't always trust the listing photos, but they confirmed the difference and that the FWD was discontinued. As far as I can tell, no one knows why.
