adjustable lumbar seats in XL?

We need your expertise. When we purchased our maverick on 7-6 and In our research, we had found that Maverick XL had adjustable lumbar seats for driver and passenger. Picked ours up yesterday, no adjustable lumbar seats. Sales people said not standard on XL. Thought we read that when ordering Maverick on Ford.com? Help, can you tell us where to look. Obviously it has been dropped since. We have XL with spare tire, sibl, hitch, and floor mats. Please, we need to prove we saw this info when we purchased it, even though it is dropped 7 months later.

Yes you are correct. At one point the promo information did state manual lumbar support but that option was dropped. There is a huge thread on it here if you do a search but not sure what you want to gain by pushing the issue. Ford is going to tell you to read the disclaimer on the build and price page and your dealer is going to tell you "tough shit buddy"
