Ford dealer.
This is the same emblem that’s on your tailgate.
Like all Ford parts, they aren’t cheap. This is not an inexpensive add-on.
It’s only money though!
I brushed out the chrome edges like I did on the XLT letters to make it match the look of stainless steel. Easy Peasy.

After ordering these 2 months ago, I found some small vinyl “Hybrid“ decals that look pretty nice.
They would have worked too, although a badge is still the best IMO.

Like me, it looks like you are working to set yours apart from the stock configuration.
