Yes, they do. I wiped down the fender flares with alcohol to make sure ALL the aggressive stuck...

I guess we'll see how sticky they are now...lol

Have those on my Oxford White ( Black / Silver) - Was on the fence but pulled the trigger - Turned out to be a Really nice addition - and it goes a long way dressing up the fender vents ... I vote for go for it
