45 Day Notices

On the initial post I noted some difficulty confirming no problem with our order (via our dealer) that would be related to the lack of 45 day notice. That difficulty was my fault (email address error). I have communicated with the internet sales head who sold us the truck. Their take on the 45 day notice I think I can best describe as their seeing what ford does as happening behind a curtain. They were able to confirm that there was no change in the order. Still clean, awaiting scheduling.

I appreciate everyone's comments on this topic.

the $500 deposit also mean that people are still interested when you call up and grab that bad boy back if you didn’t want your maverick I think some knucklehead at ford forgot the date and the 45 day notice is late as I got mine about a week late this email thing for Ford is somewhat uncharted territory. Lol

Seems like Ford wants to know who is still interested in their order. By stopping the email it might generate calls to dealerships confirming orders.
