I have tried to be measured in my excitement - this is my first 'ordered' vehicle. I was originally given a production date for the week of December 4th. That matched pretty well with what I had been reading. Then FORD surprised me with an earlier production week of November 27th and I admit I was excited.
That production week did not last - their follow-up email was "We’ve had to change the production timeframe for your 2024 Maverick Lariat. We now expect to begin building it the week of December 4, 2023."
I had planned R&R back in the U.S. based on the earlier build date - so still hoping they stay on schedule so I can see it while I am back.
As I see more and more builds being completed and shipped I stay hopeful.
