I'm pretty sure the stock offset is 35? Its not going to be very different

I have 20x8.5 with +38 so that’s pretty close. Only 2mm more aggressive than a +40. I’m also on a 255/45/20 tire and lowered on coilovers. So your results may vary.
For me the fronts have some poke but the rears do not.
I will probably add a 3mm to 5mm spacer to the back wheels to even them out with the fronts.

That’s a good stance! I should be alright just didn’t want the wheels sticking out too far past the fender since I’m gonna put springs on it.

@Mavericksport Silvers Coilovers. I do rub when hitting dips and bumps at speed so I will need to come up a bit.
