2024 XLT, help identifying rocker panel part

I just noticed that the flap in front of the rear passenger tire is missing and the rear section of the rocker panel appears broken. Don't remember hitting anything or running over anything. Truck only has 1500 mi, so I am bummed.
I am having trouble identifying the parts on the Ford parts schematic. Does anyone know if parts # 1 & 7 are what needs to be replaced ? Any idea how difficult it is to replace ?

Rocker Molding - Ford (NZ6Z-60101A04-A) RIGHT

PART #7 DEFLECTOR NZ6Z6011398A for the right, NZ6Z6011398B the left.

WILL NEED FASTNERS , BOLT , PLASTIC PUSH IN RIVET ETC
