I have redone the hood 5-6 times. Main reason I have done it that many times is all the mistakes that show. Creases, bubbles, arm hair, dirt etc. Fun but frustrating at the same time. Nice thing is how easy it is to remove.

What did you end up doing for the colored accent in the grill bar?

Bought the grill covers from eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/314627534621

Then bought some Vvivid tape https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C2W26T1X?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

I put the tape on before I installed them which will made it easier to get it to adhere and cut.

I feel like these might be perfect for adding on a light bar. I know some people went with led strips under the hood that doubled up as drl and turn signal lights.

Finally here, little over a month on order

Definitely can feel by my butt dyno around fiddy more HP. The added swoooosh is also a benefit.

Intake looks great, mine will be here next week. I'm glad to see the upr catch can dirty side has enough hose to reach around the intake box. I was worried about that.
