Curious myself.... I have a XL AWD submitted to the order bank on 3/21. Hoping scheduling still processes now.
This memo is only for new scheduling. Does not apply to already scheduled orders.
It means any new clean-up scheduling this week needs to be Ecoboost XLT/Lariat.

Maybe someone can help me understand my situation. I put in an order for a carbon gray 2024 Maverick Hybrid XLT with BAP the day orders opened for the 2024 model. I received an email from Ford on 7/22/23 stating they got my order, and issued me an Order ID: 0018. Based on my current understanding, I'm not getting this truck. Hybrid, BAP, and XLT Modular Drop-in Bed, and Tires are all listed as exhausted, and I keep seeing people who put in order getting their Gas XL Mavericks a month or two later. NOW, I ain't complaining, I just wish I had a better understanding of my own situation, my dealers got no more info than I do. I wonder if ya'll can help?

Those will hold you up because they are exhausted availability. If you switched to gas and got rid of BAP you might have a better shot at getting scheduled. If you stick to your guns it will get picked up eventually, just might be the 2025 version.

Thanks, as always, for the updates you provide! Just got our email this morning saying our cactus grey Lariat hybrid with BAP and sunroof is scheduled for production on 4/29 (ordered 8/19/23)!! A lot of what's on our truck was supposedly exhausted, so we're so happy and excited that it's finally on its way to being built!!

Ford does a big scheduling once a month and resets parts availability when they do this big scheduling. So if parts are "exhausted" now, that just means they've allocated all their parts to that one big monthly scheduling already. When they do the next big scheduling they get another batch of parts, reassess their scheduling and new parts are now available.

If you have a vehicle with exhausted parts now, that does not mean it's not getting built. Ford is still building 13k trucks/month and the last two months have been a lot of XL Hybrids which showed up as exhausted previously.

Thanks for the Replies! I am set on getting the Hybrid, BAP seems less and less worth it the longer I wait. Just frustrating watching everyone else get theirs and enjoy it so damn much. Been trying to get one since 2022. First year it was an issue with a dubious Dealer. 2023 put in orders with 3 different dealers, 2 never put in the order and tried to convert me to stock, and the 3rd guy strung me along long enough for books to close, then informed me he couldn't do it. So for 2024 when I finally got the email from Ford with my Order ID, I thought I'd finally punched my ticket. Looks like it's gonna take a little longer.

Availability gets reset next big scheduling day as explained earlier.

They've "exhausted" their allocation of parts, meaning each hybrid motor has already been allocated to a scheduled build, not that they won't get any more parts again.
