2024 Lariat Hybrid is in production this week. Trying to assemble all the accessories I will need. Lariat comes with Hitch Receiver. Does it come with hitch lock as shown below? Does it comes with a tailgate lock? Detailed specs suggest neither is included. So I need to get them?

Hello. You will have to purchase these items separately. You can use your ford points after your truck purchase. Good luck

The tailgate on a Lariat trim locks when you lock the doors. There is no lock cylinder on the tailgate for a key.

The only thing I can think of that's different on a hybrid, then an eco-boost is the rear floor mats. Every thing else should be the same.

That lock is to prevent the tailgate from being removed, not being opened.

Oh MY! I looked closely and my hybrid Lariat has a lock cylinder as pictured! Thanks for calling this to my attention. I am just so out of the habit of using a key that I rely on the remote locking system.

I'd recommend this one, I use it all the time and the provided O-rings help with rattling..
