So, I received a call from my local Central Florida dealer today with not-so great news. I was hoping to hear it was ready for delivery since it was shipped 03/01/2023. Instead, the sales advisor reported the Maverick was destroyed during shipment.
He also reported that "they" will try and do something for me ("they" meaning Ford). I am not holding my breath. Disappointed, I am leaning towards a 2024 Toyota Tacoma (and, hope for no Toyota drama).
Question, for those folks with damaged Maverick's during the train collision a few 4 or 5 months ago, did Ford do anything for you (such as an expedited built)? Or, did they give you a hearty apology like my dealership?
