2023 Lariat Hybrid 2wd spare tire

I will be flat towing my Mav and I would like to put the same tire size underneath, 225/60R18. It looks like I might have just enough space instead of the 155/70D17 50mph donut?
Has anyone tried it?

I got a nail in my tire and had to replace it so I put 2 new tires on the back and one of the original stock tires went as a spare. Discount Tire did it with no problems.

I notice on market place that a lot of the stock tires are 225/65R17. Mine are 225/60R18, do you think if I got one my size that it would fit?
