🥳 Congratulations! 🥳 About time too. 1 less MTC OG stuck waiting and wondering. I hear ya about that last leg thing. Mine was "received" (offloaded from train) back in Phoenix on Oct 12. ETA was 10/17 -23. Then it got pushed to Oct 20-26. Then got pushed to 10/25-31. As of yesterday, it's pushed to 10/29-11/4... and it's about a 400 mile trip Phoenix to my dealer here in CO. I'm told this transfer station only transports Ford Bronco Sports and Mavericks, so I'm guessing they are still trying to fill a transport truck for deliveries along the way. It is what it is 🙃

Enjoy yours and watch out for Halloween pranksters 🎃

I'm glad you are about to get yours. I think, like you, they were waiting to fill the truck. No reason to sit for a week and a half. I keep mine in my garage. Locked and the garage doors locked as well. My Pumpkin will be snug as a bug in a rug.

I just wanted to post an update. I just had My first oil change. I haven't driven much this winter, but thats not unusual for me. I have but 1384 smile filled miles on my calabaza. Love this truck. I just had Ford update the brake grabbing software as per below. I'll soon take it for a spin to see how it handles. My dealership picks up and delivers so I haven't driven it yet. I'll post my findings. All you waiting for one of these beauties, dont give up.

The titles a bit old now but keeping the thread alive anyway. I ordered a souvenir in remembrance of my Cyber Orange Calabaza when my Eruption Green Enebro Mexicano arrives. Got it on Etsy.

I was at a stop light last night and looked at my odometer and saw the numbers. I fumbled for my phone because I had to hurry as the light was going to change soon and sure enough, I couldn't snap the picture. I had to move past the intersection and then I pulled over so that is why the .1 shows instead of 10,000.0 it was just a moment I had to share.

I received my 2025 Eruption Green XLT, 260, lux package Maverick on January 22, 2025. I am really liking the upgrades. I love the color, but winter will probably not be kind to my green. Looks like more car washing will be needed compared to my Cyber Orange Maverick.

I love the bigger screen. My music, which is on a thumb drive starts up quicker than my '22 did. Sound seems a bit better, but that could be just because I am in a new vehicle and I think its better. I haven't yet adjusted and bass or treble. I'm still testing the screens and other things due to the fact I haven't had to drive it much. Roads aren't the best this week due to lots of snow.

I like the screen behind the steering wheel (instrument panel). When in digital mode the speed gauge is much bigger than the 22. I haven't used any voice controls yet, but that will come in time. The steering wheel has a much nicer feel than my leather steering wheel in the 22.

This time I don't have a sliding back window, so the rear view is much different. I actually like it. To be honest, I never once opened that window in my 22. However, I did use that window as a guide to backing up my truck to a trailer. I could almost get it spot on when backing up. I may put some kind of marker on the window to aid me in my '25.

I have a hard folding cover this time as opposed to a soft folding. I can't really say anything about that yet as I really haven't used it. Seems solid however.

I like that the drive modes are on the steering wheel. I've not used the cruise control yet but maybe tomorrow when I visit my mom.

That's all I have for now. Just to reiterate; LOVE MY '25 MAVERICK!

After driving it a tad more this weekend here are some additional thoughts on my 2025 v 2022:

The camera is so much more clear. Its almost like I've viewing in 4K.

The option to keep the drive mode the same comes on the screen a very short time. So I still pretty much have to select ECO mode each time because I'm not fast enough to say yes keep the previous drive mode. However, I only have to use the "left" mode button and select it 2 times rather than 4 times to pick Eco mode.

I have to find out how to view my phone messages. I received a text this morning and I couldn't find on the screen where to tap to listen to the message. Unfortunately the manual is on the screen, so I can't even look it up out of my vehicle.

Yes, my green shows the dirt so much more than my CO did, so its off to the car wash alot more than before.

Yeah never had my EG Bronco in the winter salts here. It's pretty gross and bugging the hell out of me.
