Is rear diff a part that can be swapped at home with no reprogramming or does ford have to reprogram this diff/recalibrate? I have the "acceleration shake" around 45-55mph..dont feel it in the steering wheel but whole car shakes..swapped one of the rear cv joints which I thought was bad as when I grab it while under car it moves in a way it shouldnt....put new shaft in there and it appears the bearing on both sides of the diff from the cv joint inputs are bad...drivers side way worse than the passenger....front cv joints and related parts seem ok still...i have 70k miles on the vehicle...no issues up to this point...id rather not pay for multiple thousands of $$ to replace parts i can replace myself...but i have no way to recalibrate the rear if in fact that is needed
thanks in advance
