Just a quick note I’ve been meaning to post for about 6 months now - 2013-2016 Fusion Tilt Head Rests fit nice and work real well on long trips …..

Great. 2013-2016 fusion headrests have now doubled in price on eBay.

I picked up a set of these. I'm not positive, but it looks like the 2013-2016 base model Fusion may not have had the tilt. I bought a set from a Fusion SE where the support rods have a 90 degree angle in them like Calmate's pics above. There are some on eBay where the the rods are coming straight out of the bottom and I didn't know if those had the tilt ability also. FYI.
