Is Ford Chat Down?

My truck is supposed to be delivered this week, so I went to Ford Chat Saturday & today to see if they had a rail car # for me yet. The site I've gone to (Here) for the last 2 months to chat with Ford isn't working.

Is anyone else having this problem?

This is how I was able to chat:
Menu at the top right
Support & service
Support home
Scroll down a bit and the live chat option pops up

Try this. On that page you linked, scroll to the bottom and click on Support. Then select Sync & technology. Then see if a blue Live Chat bubble appears on the bottom right side.

That worked. I got to the blue bubble Saturday, but it didn't do anything when I selected it. Today it worked. Thanks.
