Is Something Going On With Ford Chat Today ?

Tried using the Ford Chat earlier since you can’t call on Saturdays. In about two minutes, it went from 33 minutes to 18 minutes to a box that came up that said something like Very Busy, Try Again at Another Time. I went back to use it and now the Start Chatting rectangle is gone.
