I don't understand what we're being told by the private offer. What is being offered?

I ordered my 2023 Maverick in September of 2022. When they stopped building 2023's, my September 2023 order for a 2024 went into effect. Last week I received a January build date and VIN for my 2024. Thanks again to KCHahn and pawalsch610.

Yes first gen. 144 6-cyl. and 170 6 cyl. were the motors I remembered. Could have been a 260 V8 offered as well.

We had a Ranchero when I was about 17, maybe a '61 or'62 Falcon Ranchero. Not many on the road today.

Big thanks to KCHahn for allowing me to drive his hybrid. The truck went uphill much better than my 4-cyl. 2001 Ranger and, of course, gives much better fuel economy. Thanks also to pawalsch610 for also making a test drive offer. I'd likely order a Maverick truck today if I could.

Anyone have a hybrid they would allow me to test drive? I'm in Estes. Anywhere on the front range from Denver to Ft.Collins. I'd pay. You'd ride along.

mcc63303, I have looked in the past and was unable to find a hybrid anywhere near St. Louis. And I won't buy a vehicle (especially a hybrid) without driving it first.

I would pay to test drive it. Mike
