sorry, yeah, I thought u had the original post. anyways, I'd be curious about boost curves if they supply them. also very interested in if all these tuners are messing with the torque management plots from OEM. in road racing we break transmissions during shifts and dynamic shock loading...
update. 163K km's/101K miles.
-lifetime fuel economy 8.5L/100km --just under 28 MPG.
-repairs. front sway bar endlinks. plain worn out, changed myself, easy.
-problems with no real solution. the dreaded loose/broken spot welds on the drivers door detent. Opened the door without...
it's the door spot welds. I got the noise immediately after a gust of wind caught my door while opening. I've already replaced the door check, didn't change anything. from the outside, spot welds look of to me but I can't see the inner cavity. I can't really think of a easy fix for this...

Got stranded. throttle response became non-linear, burning electrical smell, then throttle went limp. towed to dealer. happened at night so no idea if any exhaust...
You're being too polite. Performance aftermarket automotive industry= very few genuinely good companies, rest are cretins who confidently spout absolute bullshit as if it's a scientific fact.
almost at 100 000 km's/62 000 miles. lifetime fuel economy now at 27 MPG. Only problem/issue was a groan from rear diff, which was fixed under warranty by changing the fluid.
Groan on slow turns started at 5k, never got worse. Took it in at 50k before warranty ran out. Ford told dealer to do a drain on rear diff. before ripping it out. Fresh fluid took care of the noise.
quite the coincidence. Got a call from dealer, Ford is instructing them to do a drain/fill on the rear diff. before doing a full re/re. going in next week.
