Don’t waste your time. This one was totally my fault and unrelated to disabling start/stop. Lesson learned: keep your speaker wiring away from other vehicle harnesses.

I was able to squeeze the crossover into the little open area in the left front corner near the tweeter. Cut out all the excess wire between the crossover and the tweeter. Took another short drive, all good no more beep. Glad this ended up being unrelated to Forscan mod.

Found the culprit! The beep was being induced into the wiring of the tweeters in the Kicker components I also recently installed🤦‍♂️. Space is tight on that side so I had run the crossover down below. Disconnected the tweeter temporarily and the beep is gone! What a relief! Now I just have to...

OK here's a short video I took this morning with 4 examples of the beep. Recording was made with phone laying in front of the instrument panel cluster. That will give you an idea of how faint it is. When I have the radio on at normal volume I can't hear it unless there's a quiet part in the music.

Brand new 2026 EB AWD. No clunk but I have noticed a faint beep from behind the dash at the speeds the AWD is engaging or disengaging. 12-13mph on deceleration, 17-18mph on acceleration. Goes away completely in sport or slippery modes.

Decided to revert the PSCM auto start stop back to factory setting until I can find more info on this beeping. While I was in there I looked at the DTC codes and there were two present in the IPMA. Maybe related, maybe not.

No the button has no affect on the beeps. Also tried HVAC off and radio off. No change. Only thing that stopped it was sport mode or ice/slippery mode. It seems like some module behind the dash is not happy that stop/start has been disabled.
