  1. NEW STEREO SYSTEM. NO BASS!

Since I removed the rear speakers as inputs to my amp, should I still install a load generator on them?
  2. NEW STEREO SYSTEM. NO BASS!

I had it set to 4 channel input yes. I was able to get the sub back in “all seats” mode by removing inputs 3 & 4 and setting my amp to 2 channel input. Not worried about the faster for now as I used the gain for output 3&4 to set the level where I like it.
  3. NEW STEREO SYSTEM. NO BASS!

Thanks for the input. I will try to disconnect the rear speaker inputs and see if that works. If it does, its looks like I will need to get with someone that has Forscan to set my EQ. One more question. I have 20ohm load generators but haven't installed them. Should I be using them?
  4. NEW STEREO SYSTEM. NO BASS!

The Audio Control amp I have (A1100.5) has 6 speaker level inputs. I am using 4 of them, the 2 door speakers and the rear speakers as inputs.
  5. NEW STEREO SYSTEM. NO BASS!

Can someone help me. I upgraded to all kicker speakers with a kicker 10” sub running off an AudioControl 5 channel amp. If I set the stereo to “all seats” I have no bass to the sub at all. But, if ai set the stereo to “driver”, the sub finally kicks in. I have not gotten Forscan and set eq flat...
  6. Do I need load generators?

Non amplified radio other than the head unit power from the OEM system into the line level inputs on the amp which can handle up to 20V. I've read that on some newer systems, if the factory head unit does not see a load on it, it can send messed up signal through the speaker wires to compensate...
  7. Do I need load generators?

I installed an AudioControl A110.5 5 channel amp in my 2025 Maverick non B&O. When setting the gains, only a 1/4 turn from 0 is way to much on my Kicker KS series speakers. Do I need to install load generators? It seems like the factory stereo is trying to compensate for something and sending...
  8. Trailer brake control module relocation.

I want to make an amp rack where the factory B&O sub was but the brake control module is in the way. Anyone ever relocate this? How do I get it off its brackets?
  9. Upgrading Audio system in EcoBoost Lariat B&O

As far as bin access the driver side can't be used but I still have the passenger side. As far as I can tell the enclosure does not interfere with the rubber feet on the bottom of the seat.
  10. Upgrading Audio system in EcoBoost Lariat B&O

If I didn't already have a Kicker CompVX laying around I would have gone with the CompRT. I may still end up doing that as the enclosure is the bare minimum for the CompVX air space.
  11. Upgrading Audio system in EcoBoost Lariat B&O

I just installed one of these in my truck. I bought the unloaded version and installed a kicker sub. It fit very well but it basically flush with the top of the tray so the sub sits higher than I like. May need to get a grill for it. I went with this because it was advertised as having 0.73...
