I wasn't winning about the battery running down. I'm just trying to figure out what used to work does not work anymore. And my battery voltage is fine.

I do not get the deep sleep message but the power to my bed outlet does not come on unless the key is in the run position. This did work in the past. I did check the battery voltage and it is at 12.48V which is above the 12.1V limit. Any Idea how to get power to the bed without having the key...

My bed 12 power only works with the Key turned to Acc or on position. It was staying on after the recall just fine but, 1 week later it only supplies power if the key is in the ACC or On position. Strange! Any ideas on how to get it back to staying on for 45 min after the truck is truned off...

Another thing to look at is mechanical Breakdown Insurnace if you have Geico Insurance. It runs ~$25 every 6 month with a $250 deductable and you have to add it to your policy before 15 month or 15000 miles. The catch is you are locked into Geico.

I live in the Northeast (Salt) . Is it save to use a power washer to get the salt off the underside of the bed? There are several large electical connectors. You can see the individual wires going into the connectors. Hopefully they are water proof.
