I placed a couple of blocks of stiff foam between the seat bottom and the anchor points. The blocks are high enough so you have to firmly push down on the seat bottom to get them to lock. This seems to have resolved my rattle issue.

I wear hearing aids as well. Much more noticeable with them in. 😂

I have tried with the seat back folded, but not with the bottom portion raised. I’ll give that a try. Thank you Tbone.

Thank you AF Blue. From what I see when reading the excerpt you posted, if you only disconnect the negative terminal, you should not have to perform the battery sensor reset. I guess that's why it's pretty much a non-issue for most audio installations. Thanks again. Steve

Thanks Colin. That's exactly what I was looking for. I don't want to mess with the factory harness at all. Again, thanks for putting the word out that this will work with our trucks. All the places that carried this made no mention that it would work on a Maverick.

I saw that on Amazon as well. Does the Amazon offering come with the additional harnesses mentioned in colinl's post? The picture only showed the main harness that goes between the factory radio and speaker harness.
