Just got an email back from them as well. Must have a standard response because I got the same thing back 🤣
"Thank you for your email and showing your interest in our Maverick fog light kit! We are excited to see the interest level on this product. At the moment, we are scheduled to look into...
Know it's a little late and didn't want to hijack the post...but just saw this and wanted to make sure as many people here saw it as possible. Pass it along!

That's actually not entirely true.
Aside from commercial vehicles, there's no real Federal guidelines (DOT) for fog lights.
It's a decision that's left up to individual states...and most adopted SAE as their standard.
The Federal guidelines for commercial vehicle fog lights actually recognize...
The fogs are actually SAE compliant from all the info on them. Just not too sure about the dimensions especially for the FX4. Had messaged them to get some better information. They have a single pod one also kind of like the S1 but don't think there's any way to flush mount it.
Anything...
To anyone else wondering if they're worth it, totally are. They're amazing quality and the pictures don't lie. Best part is now I'm able to use the factory screws and location without having to rig something up that works but isn't quite right.
Thanks again for getting these out to me so...
Since the Maverick didn't have a fog light option available how's the factory switch work? Since there's not any dedicated switch for the fogs (like the Escape/Bronco have) assuming they'd always be on with the headlights then?
Frost Fighter actually makes an aftermarket kit for the rear windshield... don't know how much of a pain it is to install or how well it works. Saw it on another forum.
Would definitely be a bad decision if they decided not to manufacture. Look around at all the posts about fog lights on the forums. They'd make a killing from all of us wanting to add fogs. Especially if they're somewhat factory looking. Hopefully someone there is paying attention to all the...
I'm looking for a way to add lights to mine so they pass PA inspection (off with highs on) and found some dude on Ebay who made a harness for me to try out based on what I think will work.
Essentially it's a pass through harness with jumpers for the high/low signals. Can't tell you if it...
Some of them do. Ford just calls it their wiper de-icer. With the heated mirrors on there's a strip that runs along the bottom of the windshield like a normal rear window defroster. How well it actually works though 🤷

Was thinking about fog lights too... could use something like the flush mounts...but would need to fab something up like a spacer to point them in the right direction. The FX4 mounting flush is a little wall eyed to say the least.
Rigid has angle mounts for theirs but the dimensions are too...
Has anyone hooked up fog lights to kick off with the high beams like factory? Live in one of those fun states where they need to for inspection.
Was thinking about making a "jumper" harness so I don't need to hack into the factory wiring...so essentially a plug and play...but wasn't sure if it...
