Same symptoms here. I’m just wondering if you get a clunking noise (like something is not held in/secured right) as I do. My theory is that the case bearing/bushing is bad, which would cause excessive movement, making the CV wobble outside normal movement

At low speed, if I turn the wheel (slightly) quickly to the right, and then back to the left, it causes the clunk. I think it’s an issue with the case bearing/bushing they stabilized the CV. More discussion and other folks with similar issues in this thread...

If you still have the same issue after the replacement, have them check the case bushing. I still haven’t replaced mine because I’m trying to get Ford to look at it/document it. I have an appointment soon and will provide an update.

I agree that the life will cause more wear than normal, but 2” doesn’t seem like it would cause what we are experiencing so quickly. There are a few folks without the lift experiencing similar issues.

Were those pics taken while the truck is on a ship lift or is it sitting on the ground? The angle is way more drastic than mine. This is a pic of my front left with the wheel turned all the way to the left. Not even close to what you have (if the pics were taken with the truck on the ground).

When you have the axle out, check the case bearing/bushing if you can. I’m not 100% that it is the issue with mine, but I’m fairly certain that’s where my problem is coming from. Below is the part I’m talking about.

I still think it’s an issue the the case bushing/bearing. Still need to argue with dealership more but if I don’t get any resolution I’m going to replace the bushing myself. Will post updates as they come. Appreciate the input from everyone.

I’m not sure how the tune would cause the issue. The tune might be something they state is a modification so I might pull it back until after Ford takes a look at it. Are you noticing anything specific about the symptoms? Coming from one side vs the other? Coming from the front? Are you getting...
