I live in Northern Michigan where temperatures routinely get under 20F in the winter. What performance decrease can I expect going with the hybrid? Will the hybrid be less efficient in these temperatures? Will this impact battery longevity?

Does anyone know if the 400W outlets are tied to the 12V starter battery or are they pulling from the batteries in the hybrid? Specifically interested in how long I can pull 400W out of these outlets before running out of juice.
