Great looking Maverick!! I just put the rain guard/vent thingies on mine today. I may be done with mods. Maybe. All of my mods were off of forum suggestions here.
That's nice to hear that Ford backs their vehicle's toughness like that. It's how Porsche has always recommended you track their cars and even provides their own small little tracks as well.
After seeing all of the non-start issues with the Mavericks I started carrying around a portable jump starter. I refresh it's charge monthly but have never needed to use it so far (knock on wood).
I installed my @WOLFBOX G900. It was very easy to set up and install. Took me around 30 minutes and most of that was spent on routing the wires. Generally, I love the performance and UI of the front camera/display. The following are my initial nitpicks.
1) This is leaning toward more than a...
I just finished installing a Wolfbox G900 Pro. Was very easy to install. Took around 30-40 minutes total. My only complaint so far is that I mainly bought it because I wasn't happy with the rear-view mirror that comes in the Maverick. This camera definitely opens up the rear view, but the...
I just disabled the popup menu by using FORSCAN. It was well worth the price of the cable to connect to my PC. It was the only thing I've used FORSCAN for so far. I'm anxiously waiting for someone to crack the code to make it default to ECO mode.
Using the terrific information in this sub and other posts I have upgraded my fronts and tweeters to the Hertz Uno 165 set, the rears with Focal ACX100 Auditor EVOs, and the front mid with a Dayton Audio PS95 full range speaker. Even though the Dayton Audio speaker is 8ohms, it was still louder...
Maybe I should make a thread called what "stupid" things have you done to your Maverick? I was backing out of my garage and didn't notice the steel angle bar had moved on the shelf beside my truck. Plus, stupid me didn't stop when I heard that bad scraping noise... ugh, dumb.
These are the entire housing minus the bulb. I got them when they were 20% discounted.

I agree with the one post that said they would look better spread further apart following the contour of the hood. At least for the 2 separate graphics like the BAP ones. The solid one works well in the middle.
Yes I used the stock bulbs. Eventually I'll probably put amber leds in. I went with the clear because I thought it matched the headlight area better. The tinted ones just kind of meld in with the black paint, which some like, I guess. Either one looks tons better than the amber.
I added clear side markers and like a lot of others I added letters to the tailgate. My wife doesn't like the letters. They also are reflective at night which is nice.
I currently have my camera on a suction mount to the windshield. Would I need to find another way to mount the camera? Maybe I could look for one that attaches to the review mirror instead. This one on Amazon should work. Amazon.com: Sportway S60 Dash Cam Mirror Mount with 10pcs Joints Kit...
Love those rims but would bother me that both sides don't face the same. I know that would make it harder to rotate the tires though. Best looking rims I have ever seen on a truck though.
I also really like your window rain guards because they are much thinner than others I've seen. Where...
