Several places in my state the limit is 60 and if you go a little south into VA several places are 55. So in that case driving above 60 will get you some huge court costs with that speeding ticket ;P

I thought about the padding as well before mounting it, then I thought those two lugs should give me a lot of input from the firewall, lets hope I made a good decision. The wiring I felt I would hit it there all the time as Ford decided for some reason to put it close to the dead pedal.
Mine was in the "middle" when I got it so I turned it to the left and it made it too sensitive so I turned it back to the right and that seems to have solved the issue.
She is pretty sensitive there, it has gone off twice since being mounted there once a loud stereo going down the street set it off so I had to adjust the sensitivity and the other time someone flicked my door handle. I am happy with it there.
