HPR seems to be the color that looks great with both blacked-out everything as well as chromed-out everything; usually it's that one way looks good and the other way looks out of place. I think Carbonized Grey is the only other color that can bull both off.
Love seeing the white lettering on...
My zero-constraint EcoBoost Lariat was finally built last week. I don't know how I would feel waiting on something that had roughly a ~30% chance of being built like your selection; waiting as long as I did on one I knew would eventually be built this year definitely hurt a bit as it made me...
I'd show them the current $5-10k above new MSRP markup currently on USED models.
Then I'd show them the MPG comparison to every other mid-size truck that even comes close to being in the same market segment.
Then I'd show them the door.
Like Tom Petty sang, the waiting is the hardest part.
Don't know what I can do, but I just submitted an update with my build date and shipped date, and I see that I am entered into the spreadsheet twice (lines 7890 and 8816). Just want to make sure I don't get added a third time. Is there a way to access the spreadsheet outside of this thread...
How close are you to the delivery estimate that Ford's Vehicle Order Tracker originally gave you when it was marked as shipped?
Mine was just shipped yesterday with an estimate of 6/13-6/26. I am in Cleveland so I'm figuring my timeline should look relatively similar to yours in Rochester.
Wife and I went to an RV show a couple months ago and really liked the feel of the LG Mini Max and especially the Max. Glad to hear the Maverick was more than sufficient!
Someone has clearly never had to return a memory foam mattress to Costco in a hatchback before! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
That is one upside for moving memory foam and cheaper innerspring mattresses: ratchet straps can turn them into burritos!
Unless you logged your mileage via GPS and used a full tank to full tank for calculation, I'm willing to wager your calculations are off. 2-3 mpgs seems more plausible.
Changing the tire size on your Maverick effects both the speedometer AND odometer accuracy. Your odometer might only show that...
Considering median home price vs median salary is at the highest disparity they have ever been at in US history (measured since WWII), it makes sense the same would be true for median car price vs median salary.
It's almost like Millenials and Gen Z'ers (and whomever comes next) have been...
The point about complaining about the lack of "petty" features is that many of those features become standard or expected over time. At one point in our lives not too long ago, power windows and remote locks were "petty" features. Heated seats have most recently made that transition into...
My Maverick should show up next month, but depending upon optional packages for the Ranger I might jump ship when the order guide is released. I think the new Ranger is a big step in the right direction from where it was, but I was still very let down by a lot of things that it didn't have in...
Considering you're almost at the most distant point in the contiguous US from the factory, 5 weeks doesn't seem unreasonable or unexpected. When I had my 2013 C-Max built back when supply chain issues weren't a thing, they told me roughly 6 weeks from start of production to delivery (Michigan...
Tax credit is now structured around the sourcing of the battery minerals, where the battery is manufactured, and where the vehicle is manufactured/assembled. PHEVs theoretically can qualify for the full $7500, but it is unlikely that most vehicles will qualify for the full $7500 in the immediate...
My Maverick that's scheduled to be built next week is a $40k vehicle (Lariat luxe, FX4, 4k, cp360, moon roof, bells, whistles, etc.). If I could tack PHEV onto it I absolutely would!
60 mile range wouldn't be cost effective from a consumer's price standpoint or manufacturer's production standpoint. What would make the most sense would be for them to use what they already have.
Most HEVs have a battery roughly 1.5kwh in size. More efficient BEVs are currently averaging...
I kept looking at the photos with the internal monologue of "something looks different here" and couldn't figure out what it was for about 20 seconds.
The sticker moved! :ROFLMAO:
Thank you very much for the info!
Ingress/egress is always something that is a weirdly big consideration for me. Guess I've always been an old man at heart in that I don't like collapsing down into a vehicle, climbing up into one, or awkwardly trying to get out of one.
