Ford isn't capable of making such an intelligent move right off the bat. Could you imagine how sweet that Maverick would be? Probably ballpark 38mpg most of the time AND the ability to tow when needed? Dream even bigger: EcoBoost AWD PHEV with about 30 miles of all electric range! Game over...
