Yes EV should get taxed as they BUY no gas. BUT hybrids still use gas. If they ad tax to a hybrid it should be MUCH less for a the hybrid compared to the EV. This is just wrong if charged the same,. . They shouldn't even be close.

If you don't get a Maverick for 2023 or never placed an order how many dealers will you place a 2024 order with since allocations make it impossible to know of your dealer will ever get your order.

What this encourages is for people to go out and place orders from multiple dealers since there is no way of knowing which dealer has allocations. Its plain STUPID on Fords part.
