    No where do I see them refer to "A-Plan" in any of the promotions, only calling it employee pricing. As a result, I think trying to get the $150 doc fee cap is a reach, but if you can reach an overall number you're happy with, who cares? And yes, I've used A/Z-plan for 40+ years. HRG
