Yes- it worries me also. The Rep has stated in email that they will honor it, but at the same time - why wouldn't he put it on the order and why would he tell me there is nothing they do with the x-plan until the truck arrives? Hopefully it's laziness or just not knowing and not something...
I think on those wheels you could go either way.
I have Gorilla lugs in black on my car and they fit well and look really nice. They are showing some wear after probably 5 tire rotations. They still are plenty black and not rusty, but I can see some wear where the socket contacts the nut. Most...
That sounds like something Ford would specifically NOT want to happen. Did you actually 'cancel' your order or just tell them you didn't want it? I would tend to think you're right about them getting another truck to sell...
That does help I think, because that's what I was expecting. But my sheet doesn't list the discounts it's just NA there. Wonder if it needs to be input different or printed different or what. Trying to make sure all is good.
Slimy! Make double sure they do everything right, like using the same order number, etc. So they sold you a truck and then if it doesn't get delivered they are going to try to make more money off of you...geez.
I've had such positive results with Michelin that I really don't look at other tires anymore. One of the things I look for is how much weight the tires take when balancing. There are other factors of course, but in general the Michelins seem to take less weight. I rotate tires front to back at...
Haven't seen both to compare, but given that the steelies have a cap over the lugs, I'm guessing they are an open-ended lug vs. the alloy wheels that have a closed-ended lug (looks better because exposed). If that's the case, you will probably be disappointed in the looks of an open lug on alloy...
Excellent- sounds like I misremembered. I plan to do the hard tonneau and extender too, but I opted not to include anything that I can add afterwards on my order just in case.
I believe you cannot get the extender and hard trifold? Might want to check on that. I know they work together but I don't think you can order them together.
I ordered:
Lariat EB AWD
Power Moon Roof
4k Tow Package
Black Appearance Package
Carbonized Gray Metallic
Going to get all the add-on's like Tonneau, etc. separate from the order.
**I just received my confirmation email from Ford.**
My order summary doesn't list the X-plan info like I...
Costs can vary. Nice thing is (with the exception of FL I believe), you can buy the warranty from Granger online, don't have to be in person or at the time of sale.
Here's a link to another member running the exact spacers- same company 2" who is pleased with them. Could message him for more info.

Have you thought about wheel spacers? I don't know what's available but if you get proper hub centric ones that could push the wheels out a couple inches and maybe balance things out more. Probably be a whole bunch cheaper to try and see if you like it.
This just reeks of- see if they can get you to order a 24 instead and they can get more money for your truck that's coming in. Have they sold others with a markup? Just my opinion...
One of the first ones that came up is $40 shipped- not bad I think? There could be better deals too.
