Dealers can see status' that the public can not. As long as your email is listed on the retail order, you should receive an email with a link to the Ford website so you can view the VIN.

You can ask the ordering dealer to move the order to 10. Retail orders are 10-19 with 10 being the highest the dealer can move the order. Once it is scheduled, the order will be moved to 2.
