You need to contact Ford via the chat. https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ Give them your order, VIN, sales code, etc and ask them where your vehicle is. They should be able to tell you if it was sold or not. You can also private message me your VIN and I can look to see if it was registered.

You don't need a VIN to use the chat, all you need are the order code and sales code from the DORA. You also need to make sure you accept all cookies for the site otherwise the chat button will never show up.
