This is what I was thinking was the issue. I’ve received the recall notice but haven’t replaced my own battery yet. I was hoping to hold off until Ford would do the work but I also don’t want to get stranded somewhere.

Seems strange that it would be both only at specific times and then they all work fine once I keypad my way in.

I thought that might be the case but I tried both of mine twice when this has happened and neither were responsive.

Not quite the same but my camera has just not turned on before resulting in a warning message. It stutters all the time. And recently my stereo/display has frozen and become unresponsive.

Correct. Welcome to the maverick stereo frustration club. So far I’ve tried just about everything, USB CarPlay adapter, etc. honestly turning Bluetooth off and just plugging in my phone directly has been the most consistent for music, calls and everything else. It’s annoying but it’s what we have.

And now a battery recall! That also does not have a solution or parts to address.

Yeah I used that before but couldn't remember what the combo was when it happened this week. I would also so that I shouldn't have a stereo/rear view camera that freezes up or shuts down to the point where I need to know the cheat code to reset it. :facepalm:

Well I received a recall notice for my 2022 XLT today with respect the battery and a bunch of stuff happening as a result. Of course there isn’t a fix yet or parts that can be replaced.

Just wait till the recalls show up in your mailbox that have no fix available for them.

I was in mild snow up in Boone 1-2” of ice snow and slush. I’ve got the Falken Wildpeak tires. I tried to get my Maverick to slide and move around but every time I touched the gas, it straightened up and went where I pointed. It was pretty boring and reliable.
