The adjustable sliding divider is a great idea! Propane tanks are always a concern of mine. I used to have a milk crate that I would haul them in, but it has disappeared.
Has anyone found any aftermarket options for the underseat FITS dividers without having to pay $90 for the whole FITS kit from Ford? I have been searching with no luck, but could really use some. I have found some 3D printed options but they would also require some diy mods after printing which...
That's a great idea. I had not thought about it doubling as a support structure. The reason for adding the handles was to pull it out easier if I needed to load something larger. I will check to see if the 2 x 8 (7 1/4" actual height) is the same as the wheel wells. If so, then just unlatching...
I haven’t measured to the top of the wheel well, but side to side is 54 3/8”. I tapered the bottom by 1/4” to make it “lock” into place a little snugger.
I’ve been trying to come up with a solution when I’m running to the grocery store and I have 2 kiddos with me. This divider with 4 hooks on one side and chest latches securing a 2 x 4 x 54 3/8” to a 2 x 8 x 54 3/8” (tapered down a 1/4” at the bottom) will keep things from sliding around! I used...
If you fold your tail gate down, look at the bottom of it and you will see two openings, these will snap into place and cover those openings to prevent dirt, mulch, gravel, etc. from getting into your tail gate and rattling around every time you close it.
That’s awesome! I haven’t tried to match the interior blue yet, but have tried a couple of orange filaments. I haven’t found the perfect match yet.
I printed mine in PETG at 100% infil at a .2 resolution.
I did 3 layer wall height top and bottom (my preference on functional parts) so the infill wasn’t really a concern because the structural part of the print is 10 layers or so.
My buddy's farm just purchased a new Cotton Picker and he asked me to come out and get some pics/vids of it in action. It was my mav's first trip out to a farm so I grabbed a couple of photos while in the air.
I'm not printing them to sale. I was just sharing an .stl file for those who would like to print their own. There may be others on the forum who do print and ship items. If you take the file to your local library they probably have a 3D printer that you can use and will only charge you for the...
Mine snapped right in like a factory part. I would recommend letting them cool a little before pulling them off the print bed. I set mine bed temp at 83º C (181.4º F) when using PETG and the part may still be a bit pliable if removed at that temp. Very functional part, highly recommend. 👍🏻
Here is the link to the cubby grid. It is a zip file within a thread, the original was pulled from thingiverse.

This is the phone mount I used, it works great. Very snug fit and...
I printed these yesterday and they are a perfect fit. There was a thread a while back where someone had mentioned hauling some pea gravel and some got into their tailgate through these openings and it rattled every time they would close the tailgate. I found this file on a Facebook group with...
Just picked it up. It was $379 out the door. I asked why they were so much cheaper that Line X (I didn’t want to bring this up until I paid at that price). He said that it is Maverick only pricing and that they are doing most of the dealerships trucks as they come in. They worked this deal out...
