Wow, I have 21K miles on my 9/1/21 build hybrid. Ive only had the grabby brakes which was greatly reduced after the firmware update..sorry to hear all your troubles. So, builds 3 weeks apart have a completely different track record.

You got an official recall notice in the mail. Prior to that you received an email from someone at ford saying they didn’t think your truck was involved with the recall?Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Sure. When you use remote start and your truck is set to call for, heat, that’s what it will do. It will start the gas engine to do this.

The problem is the truck! Ford left off the wiring harness (minor detail).

Received this recall. It says nothing about what Ford will fix..Only that the engine can blow causing fluids to get trapped in the engine bay causing a fire..Are they fixing the engine?

That smells fishy..I ordered a hybrid lariat. No option. 10/1/21. I received it 9/1/22.. about 11 months.. 9 more says something has gone south..I assume you have not received a VIN yet?

Sounds like you’d qualify for a lemon law buy back situation? also, the affected owners for the 2nd fire recall have not been notified yet. That starts 6/12.. So while you’re in the date range, you may not be affected..
