My point was, retailers will put the 5 quart bottle on sale, but stiff you on the 1 quart bottle needed for the "extra" you need to do the oil change....sometimes, you can also find the "6-pack" on sale too...but more often than not, it is the "5 quart bottle and oil filter" package sales that...
I would not recommend cheap-o Chinese TPMS either, but Motorcraft TPMS117's....sometimes, you can find a good deal on a set....just gotta look around a bit.

I think the app is checking the pressure of the SUV down the street....vehicle depicted looks nothing like a pickup....lol
But, in truth, when you check pressure cold vs warmed up, there is about a 4-5 pound difference in values.
The main issue with the 19 inch spec is that for reasons I assume would be related to the sidewall height, Ford spec'ed an "extra load" tire fitment. Makes a difference in the way the tire responds to handling inputs so, be aware.
There are dozens of videos on Youtube showing how to reset the rear caliper without a "scan tool" or putting the vehicle in "brake service" mode...head on over there and let us know which one worked best for you.
