I would rather have 110° 🏜 dry heat then the mid to high 90s with humidity. Difference between a steam bath and a dry sauna. Moved here more than 30 years ago from the Upper Midwest don't miss the humidity at all.

Like you said you're not dealing with 110° plus degrees. I'm not about to spend $150 on a damaged windshield that has a Safelite repair. This is the chip I got 2 years ago coming back from the Grand Canyon on the 4th of July. Maybe if I end up getting a new windshield at some point

Update 6-14-26 I went for 3-hour ride yesterday, out toward Death Valley. It was 110° I just checked on the light. It is still firmly attached and operates perfectly. I have no reason to doubt that this light will make it through the summer without a problem. Remember do not leave it on motion...
