No matter how good the mileage is with the Maverick hybrid. It can't compare with the mileage I was getting on my gen 1 Chevy Volt when I sold it.
As you can tell, I didn't have to buy gas for a while. But then again with a plug-in hybrid you have options. In 5 min. you can fill your gas tank...
Fair enough.
Here's s&b's design so far. I realize this hasn't been finalized yet.
Looks better than SVT.
Is this supposed to help with more horsepower, better fuel economy?
How much of improvement would the S&B be over a K&N using the OEM intake of the Maverick?
I'm confused. How does putting an air intake and filter directly in the engine compartment, provide any colder air than the original sealed design which is pulling air from the front of the vehicle?
Bill,
I don't know if this will help you or not.
Fuse 11/12 is actually one combined socket here are some pictures.
I hope this helps good luck,

This is fuse 11/12's location on the fuse panel.👇

This is where it is all located..

Right now my avg. long-term mileage is 39.2 mpg 18,172 or 701 hours of the ignition being on. While the trip odometer only records to 10,000 MI if you don't reset it. The hours still keep ticking. I just add 10,000 to my current trip number.
I had 8,444 mi on my truck, the last time I reset...
The Ford website seems a bit confusing. Due to the fact that Ford won't come right out and say it won't fit the Maverick at all.
So I had to do some quick testing of my own with what I had handy.
This is Ford's Universal locking gas plug.
I'm going to assume that the round black plastic area is...
What are the negatives of eco mode?
Do you reset both your trip odometers when you get gas or do you have one that's running long term?
I'm guessing you reset both of them.
2023 Hybrids do not set the parking brake automatically. Tried it on a steep side street after another thread about it being automatic.
I also made a video of it not happening. My proof.
Same Hill. Watch the drive indicator as I shift to park. I then open the driver's door. NO automatic...
Even that shouldn't have happened. You should absolutely be able to set your brake, after you've turned the truck off and open the driver's door.
Have you tried to recreate the incident/situation?
If you scroll down to the bottom of your thread you'll find some previous threads that may be helpful.
