I already have a 10" under the rear seat in a sealed box. It's such a small airspace and I prefer the sound of a properly ported box.

This may work if you never needed airspace behind a sub. Two 10's [edit: one 10" and a passive radiator] in a sealed box with 0.6 cubic feet of airspace will sound disappointing at best.

Payload doesnt change at all, distance to bump stops does decrease, but the new bump stops are adjusted accordingly. Not necessary on FWD, absolutely necessary on AWD.

Yep. I have 0.7 cubic feet with a Fosgate 10" and it's just too "tight" for my liking. REALLY considering porting through the bed and putting a few subs back there.

Note that this box ONLY has 0.45 cubic feet of internal volume. That's going to be a tall order for a 10" to perform well.

Dang, I'm a little late to tell you but an open flame (very lightly, of course) helps pull the solvents out of the plastic before painting. Looks great! More people need to color match parts!
