    Ordered a XLT in 22, that got rolled into 23 (and Ford didn't prioritize the leftover 22's in 23) and then that order got rolled into 24. The reason I didn't buy the 22 XL at the time was cruise control. I still wonder if I had just bit the bullet on cruise control, I might have a truck today.

    As I have sadly learned, allocations are king. The dealer told me that there were plenty. Apparently, a car dealer lied to a customer. Shocking, I say. Shocking.

    I was thinking the 23 wasn't going to happen. In a way that's a bit of a relief. Maybe the QC is getting better as production continues, and there might be some added goodies in 24 that aren't in 23. Still, sucks that it takes this long to get a truck.

    Ordered in 22. Got rolled into 23. And then got rolled into 24. Here's the dilemma. Do I want to get one of the last 23's? Or wait a few more months to get one of the early 24's? Especially when the Maverick will become the "southern" vehicle, so we can fly back and forth.
