I just ordered a Ford Hybrid wiring harness with Ford Pass Points. Hybrid is in the shop for electrical short, but I will install the harness upon return and report on installation.
Funny you said that, because when my Hybrid was DEAD, I realized that I could not even release the electric parking brake or shift to neutral (electric) to push the car somewhere. And popping a clutch and push starting a car - ha!
Ford Warranty arranged a loaner, so I do not mind the wait. That is one less month of wear and tear on my Maverick Hybrid! You are probably right about fixing the cable, but the dealership probably has to follow protocol on warranty repairs.
No, sorry I do not have that exact info. I can guess, but I prefer facts to opinions. They did tell me that they ran a lot of different tests during the past 8 days to find the problem. My Service Advisor did say that they contacted Ford for assistance.

I think the 60/40 rear seat split would solve all of the access problems. Car seats are common, and required by law, and there is currently NO way to access the under seat storage with just one car seat correctly attached.
