I have two camping fetishes.
I have 37 tents and about 45 camping stoves.
Anyone want to buy a tent? I have micro backpacking models to giant North Face Himalayan Hotels.

I got the adapter recommended here and just as was stated it connected on the first try and I was elated.
Next question for those nice enough to give me the straight skinny....Was there a recommended video or written tutorial that you used to start making changes? I feel like I am already more...
The only problem with downloading map data instead of live mapping is you won't get many of the features that come with using live data. Traffic notifications, updated opening closing times for restaurants, gas stations, etc. Still it probably beats excess data charges.

I have a '25 Hybrid Lariat and wish to use Forscan to make some adjustments to settings. I have an older Dell Laptop running Windows 11 Pro and tried this OBD adapter:
Vgate vLinker FS OBD2 USB Adapter for FORScan HS/MS-CAN Auto Switch
Could not make it connect to my truck. Read online...
My dealer (Serramonte Ford) did the work last week. It took an hour and I was shocked how quickly they finished. Said they topped off my fluids, too.

My neighbor plugged the front tire on his Explorer with one of these screw type repairs......2 years ago!!! He and I are both amazed. It looks like the repair will outlast the tread life. (Michelin Defenders). It prompted me to get a set to keep in my car along with my usual plugging set.

I bought the Rival skidplate and there is no looking back for me. The factory piece that isn't metal offers zero impact protection and I hated those T30 screws!!!! I now am tempted to buy the cat converter plate to match. The Rival and a Fumoto valve was a match made in heaven for me. There...
Odd since Mabett says they are NOT compatible. Was there anything special you had to do to make them work? All the hardware was compatible?
Thanks

I hesitated buying the rival for a year. Now I wish I had purchased it on day 1. Old men like me love the rival and the Fumoto valve! Both make my life easier and make putting off old changes a thing of the past. After doing some dirt and gravel roads with a few ruts I am now thinking of...
I have the Maxima roof bars and my experience is great. I bought a waterproof bag that fits it nicely and no interference with my 3 panel tonneau cover. With the windows up I barely hear a thing on the highway till 60-65mph. No impact on mileage with just the empty bars and with the rack...
