I really don’t think you have a 45 day delay since your modules popped. Unless there is recall hold which I don’t see any recall except rumor. I think you’re good to go. Shipping time to your area may be lengthy, that’s the longest part of the wait. The anticipation really does a number on time.

I got the 45 day notice for the third time and week later mine went to production. 3 weeks later it shipped. It had to go to the body shop at the factory for add on stuff like SIBL etc. So 2 weeks later I took delivery.

I saw a Maverick yesterday that had what looked like a pop top cabover camper. I was having lunch when it drove by. I’m not one to take pictures of my fries so I didn’t get any pictures. The cabover part looked to be about 8-10 inches thick. Does anyone know who makes them?

One system if for the engine and the other for the battery pack. Not much heat stress from either is why the extended period. No magic juice.

I have 2021 lariat Ranger and a maverick lariat hybrid. The ranger is way better in utility, comfort and drivability. The Maverick is way better in the economic realm. Still a nice truck but I like the Ranger better.

My experience is that hoods are the worst to get right. It always shows. That said maybe have a body shop get it close, paint and then add cool graphics on both sides so you don’t see the imperfections. Maybe faux hood vents.. IDK

I’ve seen a few here that were totalled from a rear end collision so there might be a salvaged one out there. I haven’t seen any aftermarket offerings..
