Odd that chat isn’t showing scheduled. I know that the tracker typically takes about a month after you get scheduled to finally update beyond processing. Not sure if Canada is using a different tracker than USA.
Mine was originally week of 7/17 then 7/31, 8/1 and now 8/3. Tracker says week of but chat says now day of 8/3. I’ve never received direct communication from Ford since placing order despite info correctly entered at dealer.
We need to be proactive sometimes and do our own research with Ford.
I agree with previous posts that they have settled on a day of your build week now.

FYI for everyone regarding product brochures. Ford stopped publishing them after the 2022 models unfortunately. I don't believe they have a digital version either to my knowledge.
You will get a $720 credit though as I read it on the Lariat at least. AWD was mandatory with Eco on the Lariat I believe so Hybrid is only FWD hence the credit. Did I miss read?
Sounds familiar. On May18 my Lariat Hybrid original build week was July 17. Month later it moved to week of July 31 then later was week of Aug 1 (yep same week) and now the tracker shows Aug 3. Was hoping it was narrowing down to a day. Hopefully in a couple weeks the window sticker pops.
