Thought I would share this here. I took apart one of the Ranger wastegates that I have to see what is what.
So far I have pinned out the motor leads and am working to determine which pin is ground, CAN High and CAN Low.
If anyone has a good resource to look of the computer chip that might...
I have been running it continuously and have had no issues. Took a long trip in 93 tow and got 32mpg. Running full performance again now and loving it.
Just a little info, most ethanol is made as a corn feed byproduct. Live stock feed isnāt affected as much as you might think. With that said it still isnāt a good gas alternative, but does make great racing fuel.
Well my plans just got put on hold. Turbo was damaged, working on getting that resolved, and the my spare car is way further from being ready than originally planned. Good luck with your setup and I am excited to see how it goes.

how far off are we talking on the downpipe? if you have the gasket it might not be too hard or expensive to have a steel flange made that will allow it to be welded to needed exhaust pieces.
With the wastegate I had thought of trying to swap the Mav to the Ranger. That would allow for the same control as current tunes but fitment will need to be figured out...... might be getting my hopes up right now just to have them smashed but we will find out.
I know of a place in MI that I...

As for intercoolers I have not done anything yet, hoping to get one made for my but BCB if I buy the core.
What are your thoughts on the transmission? I know you...
I know its not a 2.0 but check out the curves BCB and others have for the F150 on 87. Again nothing drastic but cleaned up curve.
And I fully understand wanting to see to believe, I am the same way.
